I think the shakes are great tasting and coupled with the Protien shake mix I don’t get hungry between meals.
Formula 1 shake is the best tasting shake on the market. I have never eaten Breakfast before, but since I started having a shake, my energy has really increased.
This product is great. It truly tastes better than anything similar product out there. I usually have 1 cup of non fat milk, 2 scoops of this formula, and some frozen fuit. I put it all in a blender and the outcome is delicious.
