    I’ve been using the Shake and Fiber and herb food supplements for 3 weeks now and I’ve not seen any changes. Am I being to hasty or am I doing something wrong? Do I need something else aswell?

    u should be a regular active user of herbalife to see results, as well as working out regularly to see the best results although you should see results anyway just by using the product. i lost 10lbs in my first initial month of using shake mix, ppp, and tea, with the aloe without really trying hard just exercise and one shake a day!
