worst product of my life. isnn’t this stuff supposed to make you loose weight?? I have been taking it 2xs a day and feel bloaded from it. like i gained 50lbs! i feel like a fat cow! what a waste of money!

The protein powder worked really really well but gave me horrible diareaha so I had to stop.

Ive been using this products for 7 years and I love the way I feel, I was able to get rid of a lot of health problems.
Something they told me when I first started using them: If you give the proper nutrition to your body, YOUR body will heal itself!!!!!! That was eye opening….

I have been using the Formula 1 shake mix with the protein for a good while and it is excellent!Keeps you full longer and helps to loseweight but not muscle tone!!The protien powder is a nessisary product for the best weightloss results!

I take the Personalized Protein Powder daily, I take it 2 times a day. I mix it with the Formula 1 shake mix. It provieds a great taste and keeps me from getting hungry. I recommend this shake to any one trying to loose weight.
