These are excellent FORMULA 1 shake mix packets which comes in different flavors and are convenient to be taken with you wherever you go. They are available in the Regular Shake Mix (with 9g protein) or the Instant Shake Mix (with 20g protein). The more the protein you intake, the more full you become.
These shake mix packets can be mixed with whatever type of liquid (milk, soymilk, juice, water, etc.) depending on your taste suitable to the selected flavor of your choosing among the assorted flavors available.
My favorite is the Dutch Chocolate with milk, but French Vanilla mixed with orange juice is great too; it tastes like a creamsicle, and etc. with the other flavors.
These also are available in 550g and 750g cannisters. I suggest mixing it with fruit and ice in a blender to create a yummy smoothie breakfast filled with the vitamins and nutrition to start off your day.
