I had used herbalife in the pass and it worked. I have ordered the herbalife again, I am 170 lbs and I am looking foward to losing about 25 to 30 lbs. I am hoping this product will work for me agin.

My health coach recently recommended this to me. The first time I had a strawberry banana smoothie with one of these packets in it, all I wanted to do was jog afterwards! I ended up feeling more energized when exercising and FULL throughout the night and through to the next day. It completely curbed my appetite! I kind of had to force myself to eat for the nutrients and protein I’m supposed to eat daily. But, I made the mistake of drinking it in too late in the evening as a replacement for dinner and was too energized to sleep until dawn. xP
