WELL I LOST 10 POUNDDS IN A WEEK I STARTED ON MONDAY AND TODAY IS SATURDAY AND TODAY THAT I WEIGHTED MYSELF HAD LOST IN TOTAL OF 10 POUNDS IAM DRINKING THE TEA, ALOE VERA, AND THE SHAKES ONLY IN THE MORNINGS HAVE A 6 INCH SANDWICH FROM SUBWAY FOR LUNCH AND EAT A BANANA WHEN EVER I GET A LITTLE HUNGRY DURING THE DAY AND AT NIGHT I EAT THE FAT FREE KELLOGS NOT THE SPECIAL K FAT FREE KELLOGS (SMALL BOWL) AND DO MY 21 DAY CLEANSER MORNING AND NIGHT WITH FLORA FIBER PILLS AND THIS APPLE THING I DONT REMENBER THE NAME ALSO FROM HERBALIFE THE HELPS U MOVE UR VOWELS AND DRINK WATER DURING THE WHOLE DAY . NO SODA ,NO JUICE,JUST WATER SUNDAY WILL BE MY ONLY DAY TO EAT SOMETHING DIFFRENT AND IT WILL BE A HOMEMADE CHICKEN SOUP WELL GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

Been on Herbalife products for 21 months. I’ve lost over 120lbs. and am healthier than I’ve ever been in my life. I do the 21 day cleanse, twice a year. It’s not being phased out. It’s being reformulated. Be patient, when you go on the 21 day program. Its a gentle and effective way to clean the colon. When you go you will go more. Remember to drink lots of water and keep yourself well hydrated.

hi yall. im suzy from arkansas. just want to say i been doing the herbelife program for about 2 months now. i have lost 15 pounds and have a lot more to go. but so far its been great. the protein shakes feel me up and really dont want to eat the bad junk stuff like i used to. but i am considering tryin the 21 day cleanser. i am concerned about any side effects that it may have. i seen some people have posted that have had allergic reactions to it. and some people say it didnt work at all for them. anybody else have anything to share on this subject?
