Hello folks. My wife and cousin started with herbalife a few months ago. Why does herbalife put corn starch and corn syrup solids in thier products? That just makes people gain weight. Starches and sugars also create inflammation. If you want to lose weight: eat clean whole foods such as fruits/vegetables and lean proteins. Start off with a 3-4 day a week exercise routine that is 45min- 1 hour. The shake mix does have good stuff in it but i was so disappointed to see a fillers such as corn meal (which causes bloating and fatigue) and cornsyrup solids (sugar for flavor)as the second ingredient.
Ive been doing the cleanse and I love the results I’ve been getting, the only thing is I have about 6 days left and Ive already ran out of the powder fiber can I drink it with something else?

I tried the 21 day cleanser for 2 1/2 wks. I am normally regular and these pills made me feel constipated and had really bad gas. I tried to stay with it until there was blood in my stool. Thats when I stopped using it.
this is my fourth day on herbalife cleanse, and I have not yet had a BM. Am I doing something wrong? I payed for this and would really like it to work! If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
